A developer released Observer v3.0.0, a free open-source agent that uses small local LLMs to monitor your screen and power a micro-agent framework. You set up workflows via plain language, e.g. 'report dashboard status every 10 minutes and call me if something's wrong', 'watch screen and camera, log distraction patterns, send a daily report', 'ping me on WhatsApp when a GitHub workflow needs approval'.
