Open-source EditableDesign turns AI-generated posters into layered, editable HTML files
机器之心 · wechat · 2026-09-19
Open-source EditableDesign tackles the tradeoff between pretty-but-uneditable pixel generation and editable-but-plain HTML: a vision model acts as art director, an agent generates clean standalone assets, rebuilds layout with semantic HTML and real text, renders, inspects, and iterates until it ships an editable design file with draggable layers. It includes an Agent Design Replay of the full decision path and deterministic checks. The repo ships 14 cases across 6 task types, targeting text-dense, Chinese-heavy, price-and-table scenarios where image models fail, plus a Codex Skill for reproduction.
