Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang: develop AI 'as fast as we can', despite safety warnings

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang told CBS News that tech companies should push AI development forward as fast as possible despite growing calls for guardrails: 'We should go as fast as we can irrespective of anybody else.' He insisted Nvidia would 'never ever' ship unsafe products before they're ready. The interview comes amid rising concern over AI speed, partly spurred by Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon's public resignation over allegedly rushed security protocols. Nvidia is the world's most valuable company, above $5 trillion in market cap.
