Claude Code v2.1.278 defaults Auto mode to free server-side classifier across API, Bedrock and Vertex

Claude Code v2.1.278 changes Auto mode to default to the server-side classifier for Claude API and Enterprise users and on Bedrock, Vertex, Foundry and gateways. The server-side classifier does not charge for classifier overhead, with warnings on billed fallback; CLAUDECODEAUTOMODESERVER=0 opts out on Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry/gateways. /status now shows an "Auto mode server" row indicating whether the session's classifier runs server-side.
