A widely shared list catalogs 25 categories of datacenter/power infrastructure equipment now facing multi-year backlogs: 500+ ton chillers at 2-year lead times, aeroderivative and medium industrial turbines over 2 years, and steam turbines similarly constrained. Quoting Elon Musk: turbines are sold out through 2030, only three casting companies worldwide make turbine blades and vanes, and SpaceX/Tesla may have to manufacture them internally.
