Per WSJ, Anthropic plans to stage its IPO in November, later than the October investors expected, giving it time to share Q3 financials showing a strong competitive position after rival OpenAI launched GPT-5.6 on July 9 and Astra in September. The poster suspects Anthropic will launch a newer, more powerful model closer to the IPO. Current investors expect more than $110 billion in annualized revenue by year-end.
