Claude Code adds AGENTS.md support in v2.1.277, falling back when no CLAUDE.md exists

Claude Code v2.1.277 now checks for and uses AGENTS.md when no CLAUDE.md is present in a folder, with a toggle in /config — enabling one shared agent instruction file across coding tools. Tobi Lütke endorsed the move.
