A developer open-sourced a ComfyUI nodepack and workflow that turns a single reference image into a 3D Gaussian Splat: MiniMax H3 generates a 180°/360° orbit video, GLOMAP aligns the frames (much faster than COLMAP), optional RMBG masking isolates the subject, and a custom node exports everything ready for Lichtfeld's 3DGS training.
