Agent Portability Gets Real: Centralizing Skills and Keys Across Agent Platforms

rileybrown is building a weekend project to centralize all his agent skills, plugins, and keys so he can seamlessly switch between platforms like Codex and Claude Code, and will test which platforms support it. Notion's Ivan Zhao responded that Notion's newly launched Agent Skills API does exactly this.
Cross-platform agent configuration portability is becoming a real user pain point, and platforms are responding with skills APIs.
