Claude Code adds AGENTS.md support as fallback to CLAUDE.md starting v2.1.277

Claude Code now supports AGENTS.md: starting in version 2.1.277, if no CLAUDE.md exists in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md instead. The behavior can be toggled in /config. This effectively adopts the cross-tool AGENTS.md convention, so users no longer need to maintain separate instruction files for different coding agents.
