Claude Code 2.1.277 adds AGENTS.md support, falling back when CLAUDE.md is missing

Anthropic's Claude Code now supports AGENTS.md as of version 2.1.277: when no CLAUDE.md exists in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md. The behavior can be toggled in /config, making cross-tool agent instructions directly reusable in Claude Code.
