MSK Team Releases Population-Scale Study on Genetic Determinants of Cancer Therapy Toxicity

A team led by Ed Reznik at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center published a medRxiv preprint, "Population-Scale Precision Safety in Oncology," revealing clinical and genetic determinants of toxicity from systemic cancer therapy. Co-led by Wesley Tansey and Jian Carrot-Zhang, with Ziad Bakouny, X. Alex Guo, Feiyang Huang and others, the study aims to predict patient-specific toxicity at population scale.
