Claude Code 2.1.277 Adds AGENTS.md Support, Toggleable in /config

Claude Code now supports AGENTS.md as of version 2.1.277: when no CLAUDE.md exists in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md. The behavior can be toggled in /config. The cross-tool standard's support has long been requested by the community.
