Claude Code now supports AGENTS.md as fallback when CLAUDE.md is absent

Claude Code now supports the open AGENTS.md standard, falling back to it when no CLAUDE.md is specified. This lets developers maintain one project instruction file that works across Claude Code and other AGENTS.md-compatible coding tools.
