ClaudeCodeLog tracked Claude Code 2.1.277's full changelog: AGENTS.md support (read when no CLAUDE.md exists, toggleable in /config, not yet on Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry), new design-login command and --status option, new claude-md-and-agents-md model values, removal of TASKMAXOUTPUTLENGTH, and CLAUDEGATEWAYPROXYISEGRESSBOUNDARY for gateway setups. Released 14h53m after 2.1.276; bundle +653.2 kB, prompt tokens +556 (+3.9%) with tools now at 72% of the mix.
