Claude Code 2.1.277 adds AGENTS.md support when no CLAUDE.md exists

Claude Code version 2.1.277 now supports AGENTS.md: in folders without a CLAUDE.md, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md as project instructions. The behavior can be toggled in /config, signaling broader adoption of the cross-tool AGENTS.md standard by Anthropic's CLI.
