Claude Code v2.1.277 adds AGENTS.md support when CLAUDE.md is missing

Claude Code now supports AGENTS.md: starting in version 2.1.277, if no CLAUDE.md exists in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md. The behavior can be toggled in /config. This marks mainstream adoption of the open AGENTS.md convention, making cross-tool project configs easier.
