Typesafe Jev + Cua Driver launch jev-use for fast computer use

Cua (trycua) has released jev-use in development preview, built on @typesafeai's Jev plus the Cua Driver, available for macOS, Windows, and Linux, claiming that "Fast Computer Use is now solved." Teknium of Nous Research says they'll be testing it over the coming weeks.
