Dev baffled as unsearched protein bar image shows up in Instagram ads

Developer jaydeepkarale reports his Instagram and WhatsApp ad feeds were eerily accurate today: ads for a 3D printer (which he had Googled) and a Whole Truth protein bar image he only viewed but never searched. "I have no clue what level of tracking these apps have on us," he writes.
