Jev classifies the entire Bluesky firehose for animal posts in near real time
danshipper · x · 2026-09-19
Developer Jack Cheng demoed Jev's speed: it ingests all English posts from the Bluesky/AT Protocol public firehose and, in near real time, (1) figures out which posts contain an animal and (2) classifies whether it's an actual animal, a sports team, or a figure of speech. Reshared by Dan Shipper as another demonstration of the engine's throughput and comprehension.
