Stripe Link + Browserbase let AI agents pay on the web with no merchant changes

Browserbase and Stripe partnered to make agentic commerce practical: an agent browses a merchant's site via Browserbase, creates a spend request with Stripe Link (the agent wallet), and after user approval receives a single-use virtual card to complete the existing checkout flow. No merchant-side protocol is needed for standard card checkout, and docs require keeping credentials out of model prompts and logs. Builders can use Stagehand + Link SDK or give coding agents Browse CLI and Link CLI.
