Kastle, which builds AI employees for banks — starting with mortgage servicing, taking payments and answering borrowers over the phone — raised a $24M Series A led by Insight Partners. Its agents have processed $2B+ in transactions across 10 of the top 25 mortgage servicers. The founders scrapped a $4k-MRR AI sales product weeks before Demo Day after discovering 10M Americans pay mortgages by phone each month, and pivoted into the niche.
