generativist · x · 2026-09-19
The team behind lizbwood announced what they call the world's largest screening platform for AI-designed proteins and peptides, and is soliciting hard 'undruggable' targets.
Its first public contest, the TBXT Challenge, targets the cancer-linked transcription factor TBXT (Brachyury) with a $500K+ prize purse: $250K for ligands with KD below 300 nM and $100K for KD below 1 μM, with up to three winning teams. X-Chem has already discovered a sub-micromolar ligand and claimed the first $100,000 prize. Submissions: [email protected].
