Codex quietly ate 100GB of a dev's MacBook storage

A developer asked an agent to find where his 500GB MacBook Pro's space had gone. The second-biggest offender turned out to be OpenAI's Codex, which consumed roughly a fifth of the drive storing useless cached files.
