Mathematicians: OpenAI's Navier-Stokes Blow-Up Construction Fails in the Zero Forcing Case

Per a new Constantin-Ignatova-Vicol paper, mathematician Scott Armstrong notes the OpenAI Navier-Stokes blow-up construction cannot yield an analytic forcing term — in particular it does not work with zero forcing, i.e. formulation (A) of the Clay Millennium problem.
