Reef Drift: an interactive Boids-inspired fish school emergence experiment

Emergent Mind Labs released Reef Drift, an interactive emergence experiment simulating fish schools inspired by the Boids algorithm. Users can click and drag to create whirlpools, adjust the number of fish (default 180), their speed, and the schooling parameter that balances cohesion and separation—set it to zero and fish follow only the currents. A fullscreen mode turns the screen into a tropical aquarium.
