Meta's Muse agent spotted getting its own dedicated mailbox in development
testingcatalog · x · 2026-09-18
Leaker testingcatalog spotted an unreleased Mail tab in Meta's Muse agent app, sitting next to the Muse Identity section with its own dedicated page view.
The exact functionality is unclear: it could give Muse its own email address to handle correspondence on its behalf, or aggregate communication from users' connected personal accounts — with a dedicated agent mailbox the more plausible reading.
The feature would pair well with Meta's upcoming Shared Agents, reusable agent templates for businesses, where a dedicated mailbox offers a practical channel for business correspondence. Muse topped the US App Store a week after launch, though availability outside the US remains limited.
