J-PAL launches PAIE Scholars Program to train LMIC researchers on AI for poverty alleviation

J-PAL announced the PAIE Scholars Program to support and train researchers in low- and middle-income countries across Asia and Africa, aiming to build capacity for rigorous evaluations of AI applications for social good and poverty reduction. Applications are due October 16, 2026.
