Arc Institute and collaborators published a Cell paper on scBaseCount, a uniformly processed single-cell resource covering over 502 million cells. The underlying data was already public — the challenge was making it findable, interpretable, and comparable, which an AI agent helped solve by automating the processing pipeline.
