Comp AI announced a $34M round led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures. Founded 18 months ago on the idea that agents will handle compliance busy-work, the startup now serves 1,000+ companies including Corgi, opencode, and dubdotco, and just achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance itself.
