Hang Ten Systems announced an additional $53M seed round led by Xora (Temasek-backed), bringing total funding to $85M. Backers include Mayfield, Aramco Ventures, Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra, and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, who joined the board.
The company provides advisory, transformation, and applied-AI services to large enterprises via a native-AI delivery model built on agentic code generation, a reusable skills library, and domain expertise, undercutting traditional systems integrators on cost and timeline. The two seed rounds closed five weeks apart, during which Hang Ten signed several multi-million-dollar enterprise contracts spanning software development, finance analytics, migrations, and HR. New capital will fund delivery capacity and team expansion.
