Creator builds StyleGAN dataset from ~3,000 synthetic JAX diffusion images
makeitrad1 · x · 2026-09-18
The author shares a hands-on data pipeline: he generated about 3,000 images with a JAX diffusion model to serve as synthetic training data for a StyleGAN dataset, then trained on V100 GPUs for a couple of weeks, with substantial help from Jeremy Torman. A concrete example of using diffusion models to bootstrap synthetic data for small-dataset generative training.
