Dev Builds an Action Roguelike in One Day with Spawn, Tweak-While-Playing Workflow Steals the Show
TAbrodi · x · 2026-09-18
Developer Izkimar made an action roguelike in a little over a day using AI game tool Spawn. The standout is the interrupt-free loop: while playing, any off feeling or new idea goes straight to the agent and gets changed mid-game — no stopping to deploy a build. Spawn's own take: 'what people are making in a day is starting to look like the games they've wanted to make for years.'
