Salesforce's Muse agent lands on Mac, early users surprised by its capability

Alexandr Wang announced that Muse, Salesforce's agent, is now on Mac: it can act directly on your computer—files, messages, calendar, notes—asking before any sensitive action and letting users control access. An early user says they were shocked at how well it got real tasks done.
