Sphere founder nrudder says trade compliance used to require $50k advisors, so his team built a single layer for global trade compliance: output/input tax, e-invoicing, customs and withholding tax, powered by AI tax engine TRAM. Customers include Lovable, Deel, ClickUp and Legora; the company is on track for 10x growth with a Series A led by a16z.
