Stanford professor Anshul Kundaje wrapped up his exchange with Steven, saying he looks forward to a more substantive critique. While agreeing misleading marketing and hype should be corrected, he argued that claiming variant effect scores from AG — and by extension all sequence-to-omics models — are 'AI slop' is utter nonsense.
