With zero coding experience, this dev used ChatGPT to build a playable cemetery management game prototype

A Reddit user with basically zero programming experience used ChatGPT and other tools to turn their cemetery management game idea, Eternal Grounds, into a playable prototype with a 60-second gameplay video.
- The prototype already supports laying out grounds, placing graves, arranging burials, and funeral processions arriving and holding services
- In progress: buildings, landscaping, and visitors, aiming to make the cemetery feel like a living place
- Still early: placeholder graphics, lag and glitches; the goal is validating whether the gameplay is actually interesting
Another example of non-programmers shipping game prototypes with LLM assistance.
