Neon backend goes GA with full primitives for apps and agents, branching-first design

Neon's backend is now generally available, offering a complete set of database primitives for building apps and agents: open standards, no lock-in, and branching-first by design. Launch components include Lakebase Postgres, Object Storage, Functions, Managed Better Auth, and AI Gateway.
