Paul Novosad shares a comparison of his team's boundary for Muzaffarpur vs GHSL's Urban Centre Database: Bihar has extremely high population density, but by an economic contiguous built-up definition this is not a megacity. This accompanies their newly released South Asia city boundary dataset.
