Claude Projects' coordinator mode runs parallel threads that keep working after you log off

Anthropic announced that Projects now run from one conversation starting in Claude Code: describe what needs doing and Claude directs parallel threads that keep working in cloud sessions after you close your laptop. In beta for select Pro and Max users, coming to all Claude users soon.
Anthropic's frankdotlee shared his workflow:
- One project per long-running workstream, with the right GitHub repos and plugins attached
- Fire a batch of asks at the coordinator; Claude works them in parallel background threads
- As work completes, ask it to synthesize everything back into docs and artifacts in the library
- All threads share the same repos, instructions and memory, so far less re-explaining
- He nudges half-baked ideas in nightly while working out and everything comes back thought-through
