ENCODE GRAMMAR models switch to interactive HTML READMEs on the ENCODE portal

The ENCODE GRAMMAR team has moved to interactive HTML READMEs for their models on the ENCODE portal. A how-to guide in the new format is available in the "Documents" section of each model page, which the author says is far nicer than static PDFs or text files.
