Comp AI has raised $34M led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures. Founded 18 months ago on the thesis that agents will take over compliance busy-work, the company now serves 1,000+ customers including Corgi, opencode and dub, helping them get audit-ready. Investors argue traditional compliance and cybersecurity workflows are broken.
