Anthropic's Projects redesign: Claude delegates parallel threads, profiles endpoints, opens PRs

Anthropic's blog details the redesigned Claude Projects, now in beta for select Pro and Max users on Claude Code cloud sessions:
- Projects become a single conversation: Claude scopes requests, delegates parallel threads, reviews outputs, and assembles results, with steering possible from your phone while work continues in the cloud.
- Official examples: set a goal to cut checkout p75 latency and Claude profiles each endpoint, tests optimizations, and opens PRs; or connect API/web/mobile repos to retire a v1 endpoint, with one thread per repo migrating callers and reporting merge order.
- Shared memory across threads and a project library for files.
- Limits: cloud threads can't reach local files or internal networks yet (local support coming soon); rollout expands over the coming week to all of Claude and Teams, existing projects unaffected.
