Don't drop plan mode yet: complex projects still need human-readable docs as source of truth

Reacting to claims that models are now smart enough to skip plan mode and just code, WeZZard counters that this only holds at the prototyping stage. Complex projects still need a human-readable document as the single source of truth: humans can't fully review AI output in large codebases, but reviewing docs is efficient, and docs yield test cases that make outcomes easier to manage. Without that isolation layer, growing complexity leads to constant regressions.
