Mio raises $2.2M to launch Slack-native shared AI employee for teams

- Startup launches Mio (mio.xyz), pitched as the first shared AI employee a whole team uses, not yet another assistant: one agent living in Slack that everyone @-mentions.
- In beta since July, Mio claims thousands of hours saved and tens of thousands of tasks completed, and announces a $2.2M raise; first 100 companies get $100 in credits.
- Connects to 3,000+ tools (Notion, Linear, GitHub, HubSpot, etc.) to handle meeting briefs, bug fixes with PRs, status summaries, weekly reports and scheduling in plain English; sensitive actions require human approval.
