How big is the TAM for personal agents beyond big-city elites?

A question worth asking: personal AI agents clearly work for upper-class users in big cities — lots to do, scarce bookings, disposable income. But what about smaller towns, or older folks who still prefer a paper airplane ticket to an app? The TAM of the category beyond dense urban markets remains unproven.
