Tech has swung back into favor after the world tried to understand Sam Altman's and Dario Amodei's thinking on AI risks and, in the author's telling, decided it could not. Tech stocks are marching higher again. The TL20 group of stocks to consider, mostly heavy with AI-linked names, is up 58% this year, beating all of its benchmarks, and is up 1% month-to-date.
