Compliance startup Comp AI announced a $34M raise led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures, 18 months after founding on the thesis that AI agents will handle compliance busy-work.
More than 1,000 companies—including UseCorgi, opencode, and dubdotco—now use the platform to get audit-ready. An employee recalled the journey: just over a year ago it was 5 people working out of a New York apartment.
