Hugging Face's MCP Server Turns the Hub Into Raw Storage and Compute for Agents
ben_burtenshaw · x · 2026-09-17
Don't sleep on Hugging Face's MCP server: it treats the Hub like raw storage and compute. Agents get generic bash-style tools (ls, make, append) to work with Hub repos, plus job tools that run scripts, commands, containers and servers on any major hardware. It plugs into all major agent frameworks via UI or terminal, and is maintained by core MCP maintainer evalstate.
