Amp adds web-launched threads in local project dirs via a single runner

Amp shipped its most-requested feature: you can now start threads from the web in any local project directory using a single Amp runner. Author iannuttall, after remotely driving an agent on a Mac Mini via Herdr and Termius from the gym, says "just use Amp" is becoming a foregone conclusion (not an ad, he notes).
